The Role

As a Growth Marketing Associate focusing on Lifecycle at Cometeer, you will support the design and execution of targeted, data-driven lifecycle marketing campaigns to enhance customer retention, drive engagement, and maximize lifetime value. This role is ideal for a driven, organized, and analytically-minded individual with a passion for consumer brands and a knack for customer insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Growth, Creative, and Customer Experience, to optimize our lifecycle marketing strategies and bring our brand's unique value to life.

What you will do:
  • Campaign Support: Assist in executing lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and other direct channels, to improve customer retention and engagement.
  • Customer Insights & Segmentation: Collaborate on segmenting audiences and personalizing communication, with a focus on customer lifecycle stages, purchase behavior, and engagement trends.
  • Data Analysis: Track and report on campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, CTR, and conversion, to identify insights and opportunities for optimization.
  • Content Coordination: Coordinate with the creative team to ensure messaging is aligned with brand values.
  • A/B Testing: Support A/B testing initiatives to refine messaging, creative, and timing to maximize customer engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Growth, Creative, and Customer Experience teams to ensure lifecycle campaigns are aligned with broader business goals.

What we are looking for:
  • Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in marketing, customer engagement, or a related field; internships or academic projects in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, or consumer brands are a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Basic understanding of email marketing and CRM tools; familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Iterable is a plus.
    • Analytical mindset with experience in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to align with Cometeer's brand voice and values.
    • Creative problem-solver with a passion for customer experience and retention.
