Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team at RingoFire. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the nuances of different social media platforms and a strong interest in brand building through digital engagement. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing and managing social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Management: Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of social media graphics and video content. Collaborate inter-departmentally to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Social Media Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with the overall marketing strategy. Schedule posts across various social media platforms, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content.
- Platform-Specific Strategy: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices for each social media platform. Tailor content and strategies to maximize engagement and reach on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok,
and more.
- Community Management: Engage with audiences by monitoring comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms. Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and foster a positive community environment.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing content and improving overall social media strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the account, design and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns. Coordinate with clients to understand their goals and tailor social media strategies to meet their needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Loomly).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) is a plus.
