Job Description
RingoFire is growing our social media team and adding a Social Media Manager to the squad. Social Media Managers at RingoFire are responsible for planning, posting, monitoring, replying, storying and, in general, being the pulse of our clients’ social media presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
● Ideate and create daily social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other social media platforms for a variety of brands
● Truly and fully understand the voice of our brands to be able to create content and respond/community manage in the right tone and from the right POV
● Work across multiple departments to grow our clients’ brand presence and personality across various social platforms
● Help lead the visual elements of a social campaign, such as providing direction and edits on social graphics, videos, and other forms of content.
●Contribute to inter-departmental strategies to identify social media influencer opportunities and match those opportunities with appropriate influencers; assist in executing the content creator plan.
QUALIFICATIONS:
It’s simple. You must love social. This is a position for someone who wants to establish brands’
identities, drive sales, try new things and have fun. In-depth knowledge and understanding of
Social Media platforms – including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and more –
and the content that works best for each platform – is vital.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, News Media, Public Relations, or
relevant field; 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
