Location: 2727 N Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85004 United States of America As a Social Media Analyst , you will support and work along the side of the social media team to analyze trends, gather data, analyze social platforms, create paid social media campaigns, and interpret findings to better serve our customers via social media platforms. This person will oversee customer demographic data, U-Haul social media platforms data accuracy and interpret meaningful results. Also, will be responsible for running our paid advertising campaigns on all owned social media platforms. A successful Social Media Analyst will be able to analyze qualitative data, trends, and create paid strategies to help increase awareness, boost sales, and meet business objectives. Duties/Responsibilities: Interpreting data, formulating reports, and making recommendations on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis by interpreting customer data sets and analyzing social media campaigns. Report on demographic data and marketing efforts on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Measure success, make recommendations, predict users buying patterns and point out ways to increase sales, improve campaigns and user experience. Support the ongoing analytics needs of the business like; AB tests, reports, ad-hoc analysis, customer insights, etc. Perform keyword analysis, measure SEO changes, and analyze data insights from blogs and or owned websites. Continue to update any reporting created and or create new reports on Google Looker Studio, Tableau, and Excel. User behavior findings and common patterns or trends that may be used to improve our service. Create and evaluate methods for collecting data (Surveys, Reviews, Questionnaires, Opinion Polls, Email, etc.) Create reports and visualize data for the team, program managers, directors, and other members of the organization. Qualification : Bachelor's degree required. 3 years' experience as a Data Analyst, Social Media analyst preferably with a focus in Digital Marketing Analytics, social media analytics or business analytics. Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and related programs. Strong proficiency with SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and/or any related program. Possess search engines, web analytics, and business research tools insight. Excellent knowledge of statistical databases and MS Office. Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.) Working knowledge with CRM's. Strong in analytical and critical thinking. Effective communication and presentation skills. Excellent in Excel and data visualization. Demonstrates professional knowledge of conversion rate optimization and social media paid advertisement.
