Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our
digital presence and engage diverse audiences across multiple platforms. This position will
be instrumental in designing, implementing, and refining our digital strategies, including
social media, email marketing, and content development, aligning with our commitment to
service and community values.

Pay Scale: $47,000.00 a year

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy

•Develop original, engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram,
Facebook, YouTube), enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
•Design, launch, and monitor email campaigns that foster customer loyalty,
promote special offers, and announce upcoming events.
•Collaborate with internal teams to feature customer stories, community events,
and company initiatives that showcase Durango Motor Company's commitment to
excellence and community

Customer Engagement & Brand Experience

•Engage directly with our social media community, responding to messages and
comments with a customer-first approach.
•Curate email lists and optimize audience segmentation for targeted outreach.

Data Analytics & Optimization
•Track and analyze social media metrics, email engagement rates, and campaign
outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
•Provide insights on audience trends and demographics, enhancing digital
strategies through data-informed adjustments.

Collaborative Campaign Execution
•Work alongside the marketing team to execute cohesive, multi-channel campaigns
that resonate with our audiences and reinforce our brand values.
•Brand Representation & Reputation Management
•Monitor brand presence on social channels, ensuring positive representation and
managing online reputation.
•Contribute actively to brand-building initiatives, building trust and loyalty in our
community.

Qualifications

Experience: 2-3 years in social media management, email marketing, content creation, or
similar fields.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or relevant
experience.

Technical Skills:
•Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn,
Twitter)
•Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)

•Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)

•Basic photo/video editing skills and experience with AI-powered marketing tools
is a plus
