Optimize client websites and online presence to improve Google rankings, enhance visibility, and drive targeted traffic. Service (Keyword) & Service Area (City) Research: Conduct Research on the clients Services & Service Areas which allows for data driven decisions on SEO Focus. Pillar Page Identification: Identify the Primary, and Top 3 for both Services & Service Areas to establish the SEO Focus for the client based on prior research. Make recommendations to the client for the Priority Focus and make sure it aligns with their Goals. GBP Optimization: Ensure that the GBP has proper optimizations in alignment with their SEO Strategy/Focus. Such as Address in Primary Service Area, Relevance in Service Categories, Description, FAQs, etc. Track Keyword Rankings: Define Keywords & Service Areas for our SEO Rank Tracking Tool to successfully monitor relevant keyword movement. Listing Management - Yext: Manage the Setup and Maintenance for our Clients Yext Accounts. Creating optimized citations/listings and consistency throughout the internet. Shortcode Identification: Identify Shortcode Values to handover for Website Implementation. Page Redirect Identification: Identify links from existing Websites that need to be redirected to our new builds. Schema Implementation: Integrate proper SCHEMA to our Website Builds. Recurring Quality Assurance: Frequently review output to ensure alignment with our SEO Strategy. Website Pages following proper SEO Structure. Image Quality & Relevance. Blogs following proper SEO structure. Image Quality & Relevance. Social Post Writing: Image Quality & Relevance. SOP Development: Continuously build/improve systems and procedures alongside the DoO. SEO Expertise: Advanced understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization. Technical SEO Skills: Proficient in schema markup, page redirects, and shortcode identification. Content Management: Experience in optimizing content for SEO across blogs, websites, and social media. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and track keyword rankings and make data-driven adjustments. Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with SEO tools like Yext, rank tracking software, and Google My Business. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey strategies, provide feedback, and collaborate with team members and clients. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering collaboration and driving successful execution of SEO strategies. The role requires a reliable home office setup, including a high-speed internet connection, a modern computer with sufficient processing power for multitasking and running SEO tools, and a webcam for virtual meetings. The employee must have a quiet, professional environment to maintain focus and productivity. Additionally, familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Kumospace and project management software is essential to ensure seamless communication and coordination with the team. Regular access to updated software and security protocols is also required to protect client data. M-F 9am-5pm EST Rankings Analysis: Regularly report keyword performance highlighting: Successes for Celebration. Weaknesses for optimization opportunities. SEO Strategy Consistency: Ensure all content, website elements, GBP, and Yext listings align seamlessly with the overarching SEO strategy. SEO Preservation on New Builds: Maintain existing SEO value and rankings during website transitions and new builds. SOP Effectiveness: Develop and refine SOPs that effectively streamline SEO processes and ensure consistent implementation across projects. Monthly Salary of $1,600.
