OVERVIEW:
The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for supporting daily store implementation of visual standards,directives & driving consistent visual merchandising standards across House of Sport to achieve the company’sgoals pertaining to brand standards, product presentation and product sell-through.
Promotes visual merchandising excellence in assigned House of Sport location through understandingof brand strategies, gameplan integrity and thoughtful merchandising.
Makes adjustments needed to maintain strategies and create elevated presentations.
Supports House of Sport store team with major gameplan sets by understanding merchandisingstrategies and ensure game plan integrity.
Partners with store team on solving new merchandising opportunities as product arrives.
Remerchandises product to maximize sales and reacts to trends, weather and inventory levels.
Maintains and presents visual displays in a compelling and exciting manner in accordance withcompany directives.
Maintains daily standards of all mannequins, forms, displays and strike-points of assigned areas.Focuses on Head-To-Toe merchandising, outfitting, accessorizing, newness, trend, and curation topromote and build the basket.
Utilizes merchandising best practices to maximize space and inventory variability.
Engages in behaviors that are in line with House of Sport customer service standards, thus providing allathletes with an outstanding store experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years experience
Excellent time management skills
Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Based on the location of the House of Sport, you may be required to submit relevant state mandated clearances to supervise minors.
