Opportunity: Alan Meds is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive new customer growth, boost customer lifetime value (LTV), and increase retention through strategic email and SMS marketing initiatives. This individual will oversee the entire lifecycle marketing channel and report directly to the Head of Growth, working to create a lasting impact on key performance indicators through innovative, data-driven campaigns. This is a remote, part-time position with an expectation of at least 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Channel Health: Oversee and maintain key channel metrics, including spam rates, deliverability, and unsubscribe rates, to ensure optimal campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Performance Reporting: Provide ongoing analysis and reporting on channel health and campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights.
- Campaign Development and Execution: Ideate, plan, and implement high-impact campaigns, including:
- New Customer Conversion: Craft campaigns to attract and convert new customers.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Develop campaigns aimed at increasing active customer LTV through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
- Customer Retention: Design strategies to retain existing customers and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Win-Back Initiatives: Engage churned customers with win-back campaigns to regain their interest.
- Brand Representation: Ensure that Alan Meds’ brand, messaging, and visual identity are consistently represented across email and SMS campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Lifecycle Marketing: Proven experience in driving successful lifecycle marketing campaigns within a D2C environment.
- Strong Marketing Analytics Skills: Solid foundation in analytics with a track record of using KPIs to set strategic direction for campaign improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet campaign objectives with minimal dependencies.
- Preferred Platform Experience: Familiarity with Customer.io or similar lifecycle marketing platforms is a plus.
The hourly rate for this position is $50.00 - $80.00 per hour, with the expectation of working at least 20 hours per week.
We have a market-based compensation structure. The salary for this position may vary based on a candidate's experience, industry expertise, technical skills, and location.
