We’re currently seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Marketing Manager in our Fort Washington office. This position reports directly to the Associate Director, Demand Generation and will be responsible for managing audience generation for highly targeted online medical education programs, building a specialty-specific audience for the brand, and improving digital tactics.
What a day in the life of a Senior Marketing Manager looks like:
- Targeting a specific audience for online programs
- Building and executing on a content strategy
- Analyzing data to drive marketing decisions
- Writing and implementing strategic marketing plans for projects
- Managing internal and external client needs as well as vendors and partners
- Monitoring registration and participation statistics
- Managing Growth Coordinators within the team
- Meeting program participation goals
- Strong understanding of all USH processes, brands, and products
What we expect from qualified candidates:
- We operate in a hybrid work environment, and expect our employees to work 3 days a week on-location at our Fort Washington, PA office
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related area preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years’ experience in marketing
- 2+ years management experience
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms
- Dreamweaver or basic HTML knowledge is helpful
- Flexibility and independency while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong strategic and creative thinking
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at a time as well as support complex initiatives with minimal supervision
- Advanced web, technical, and organizational skills
- Customer service orientation
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Very confident communicating with internal client, vendors, and partners, as well as external client when needed
- Proficiency in all standard Microsoft Office programs
