is seeking a multi-talented Videographer and Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing and editing high-quality video content that aligns with our content strategy and supports our mission to empower collector car enthusiasts. This role will involve creating content for YouTube, OTT platforms, broadcast and social media channels, showcasing unique stories. 
 

  • Content Creation:
  • Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content that resonates with our target audience of collector car buyers, sellers, and enthusiasts.
  • Develop creative concepts and storylines that align with the overall content strategy and brand voice.
  • Collaborate with the video and editorial content team to brainstorm and execute new video ideas that support our strategic goals.
  • Video Production:
  • Manage aspects of video production, including in-house pre-production (scripting, storyboarding), production (filming, directing), and post-production (editing, color grading, sound).
  • Ensure all video content is visually appealing, technically sound, and optimized for the intended platform (YouTube, OTT, social media, broadcast).
  • Stay updated on the latest video production techniques, tools, and trends to continuously improve the quality of our content.
  • Editing and Post-Production:
  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that tell a compelling story.
  • Add graphics, animations, and other visual effects to enhance video content when deemed necessary.
  • Ensure all videos are properly formatted and optimized for each platform, including aspect ratio, resolution, and file size.
  • Work with the in-house and external marketing team to ensure videos are aligned with SEO best practices and are optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all content.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation for all video projects, including scripts, shot lists, and project timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of video projects.
  • Content Strategy Support:
    • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align video content with broader content strategy and strategic goals.
    • Participate in content planning meetings and provide input on video strategy and direction.
    • Education in film/communication or a minimum of four (4) years related experience and/or training.
    • Proven experience as a videographer and editor, with a portfolio of work in digital video production.
    • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of video production techniques and equipment, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
    • Experience creating content for YouTube, OTT platforms, broadcast and social media channels.
    • Proficient on company-provided hardware and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Passion for cars, especially collector cars, is a plus.
