We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Editor to lead our content creation efforts, optimize SEO strategies, and collaborate across digital marketing initiatives to achieve our business goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Write, review, and edit up to 6,000 words daily of content (minimum 4,000), ensuring consistency, accuracy, and engagement across all materials.
  • Maintain error-free, compelling copy that aligns with the brand tone and marketing objectives.
  • Implement advanced SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata enhancement, and link-building support to improve search engine visibility.
  • Optimize content for readability and SEO best practices to ensure maximum audience reach.
  • Analyze performance metrics (traffic, keyword rankings, etc.) and adjust content strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Continuously improve content to enhance keyword rankings and maximize search engine visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that support business goals and digital campaigns, incorporating activities like site audits, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis.
  • Guide the team on copy concepts, headlines, and campaign ideas, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience engagement.
  • Refine technical and regulatory content to improve clarity, user accessibility, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Write and edit PR materials, including press releases and related content, to support brand messaging and increase visibility.
  • Research & Compliance: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technical advancements in Delta 8, cannabis, and other cannabinoids to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
  • Content Maintenance: Manage updates to existing content to maintain accuracy, SEO effectiveness, and relevance.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with marketing, PR, and social media teams to support integrated campaigns and strategies.
  • Traffic Metrics Reporting: Monitor performance trends and provide actionable insights for continuous content optimization.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, Professional and Technical Writing, Media and Journalism, English, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in content creation, editing, and SEO optimization, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
