As a Senior Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation that is clear, concise, and easily understandable. This role requires a strong understanding of technology and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to effectively communicate complex information to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and maintain technical documentation for a variety of projects, including user manuals, technical guides, and online help systems.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts across different departments to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.

• Translate technical jargon and complex concepts into user-friendly content that can be easily understood by non-technical audiences.

• Review and update existing documentation, ensuring that it is up-to-date and meets the latest industry standards.

• Conduct research and interviews with developers, engineers, and other technical team members to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.

• Create and maintain document templates and style guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment with the company's branding.

• Proactively communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of documentation.

• Continuously improve and streamline documentation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a technical writer in a technology-focused organization.

• Proven ability to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand content.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficient in using authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, and Microsoft Word.

• Experience with documentation management systems and version control.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Experience with visualization tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.

Salary: $22,000 to $38,000 yearly
