SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
AriZona Beverages is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager, Retention Marketing, to lead the charge on customer engagement, membership, and retention efforts. This role will be instrumental in designing and executing digital marketing strategies that keep our subscribers engaged and delighted across multiple channels including email, SMS, social media, and on-site messaging.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Klaviyo Platform Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of the Klaviyo platform, including campaign setup, email automation workflows, customer segmentation, and performance tracking. Ensure the platform is fully integrated with e-commerce tools and regularly optimize settings for maximum engagement, deliverability, and revenue generation.
- Campaign Development: Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns aimed at improving subscriber retention across email, SMS, social media, and on-site messaging.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for increasing customer protection through upsell and cross sell campaigns.
- Lifecycle Strategy: Develop and implement a lifecycle marketing strategy to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty throughout their journey with AriZona.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Map the customer journey and create targeted digital marketing campaigns for each stage to ensure personalized, effective engagement.
- Loyalty/Membership Program Management: Manage a subscription membership program designed to drive customer loyalty and offer rewards that incentivize retention.
- Collaborative Marketing: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop key messaging points and direct response creative across all relevant mediums. Drive the creative through a review process, collaborating with designers and copywriters, identifying target audience segments, and capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders
- Performance Analysis: Analyze digital marketing campaign performance, focusing on metrics such as email open rates, social media engagement, conversion, and retention to optimize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 5-7+ years of retention marketing experience across channels, including segmentation, personalization, email, CRM, loyalty/rewards, SMS.
- Advanced knowledge of Klaviyo: Expertise in leveraging Klaviyo for email marketing automation, customer segmentation, personalization, and advanced campaign workflows.
- Experience working in e-commerce and quantitative analysis of business data.
- Experienced in developing creative strategy briefs and working closely with creative teams to execute them.
- Ability to analyze customer data, optimize email strategies, and utilize Klaviyo's integration with Shopify to drive engagement, improve customer retention, and increase revenue.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template editing.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM compliance and GDPR regulations.
- Proven record of accomplishment of driving customer engagement, retention, and growth through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a talent for influencing stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who is highly detail-oriented and follows established processes to ensure consistent execution.
