The Email Marketing Coordinator will manage and execute email marketing campaigns from planning through delivery. The coordinator will work with merchants, marketing teams, and content creators to optimize the email channels performance, drive engagement, and support customer loyalty. This role reports directly to the Digital Marketing Manager. Responsibilities include scheduling and tracking results, while ensuring all teams are aligned and working towards common goals.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in Email marketing

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, CSS, and HTML

Familiarity with email compliance and best practices (e.g., CAN-SPAM)

Experience with A/B testing and analyzing email performance data

Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, ESPs (Braze), Asana, and Adobe suite
