Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure a smooth transition and retention of talent.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts while maintaining a positive work environment.
Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Lead performance management initiatives, providing guidance on career development and performance improvement plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
