Could This Be For You?The Product Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage the brand and programs/products under the brand to ensure business unit goals are accomplished. This is an on-site role in South Bend, Indiana.This team member will evaluate opportunities to define and optimize the brand and product portfolio through analysis and understanding of market data, market trends, voice of customer and the competitive environment. In addition, this role is responsible for translating findings into requirements and go-to market strategies and will oversee the implementation of strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional team members.

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
Own the creation and lead the execution of the brand marketing plan
Identify and own programs and product launches that will add value and collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to develop data-driven marketing plans to execute on program and product goals
Analyze the markets, understand competitors and trends and utilize voice of customer research
Prioritize programs and product launches for the team and lead cross-functional project management team meetings to execute
Collaborate with content strategy team to develop a value proposition that will resonate with each of the target audiences for the brand and specific program and products
Build and lead go-to-market plans that include both internal and external resources, trainings and communication plans while collaborating with all of the key marketing function owners
Manage the key performance indicator dashboards to understand the outcomes of the plan and identify if goals were achieved
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, healthcare, or equivalent
Minimum of 6+ years’ experience in Product Management, Marketing, Consulting, or similar function (4 years with Advanced Degree)
Project or Program management experience
Launch strategy and execution experience
Able to produce clear guidance geared for all audiences
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to influence leadership and key stakeholders through strong communication and interpersonal skills
Healthcare industry, medical device, or medical products experience is preferred
Individual must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
