NCO Enterprise is growing rapidly and looking for an Event Marketer to be the next great addition to our exceptional customer service, sales, and outreach specialist team. We are looking for a competitive, coachable, and incredibly tenacious Event Marketer who is not only a professional but who can bring unique value to our rapidly growing team.

As a results-driven position, the Event Marketer role will actively work with new customers and boost company sales revenue through customer acquisition and local community outreach. By joining our Event team, we will give you the opportunity to apply your skill set as you build from an entry-level position into a senior Associate. The Event Marketer will also sustain customer and sales growth through territory management, daily prospecting, and running product demonstrations with small business owners who fit our ideal customer profile.

Event Marketer Responsibilities:

  • Engage in new business development through customer and community outreach, prospecting, networking, and referrals from customers directly
  • Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from marketing lead-generating databases
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to complete orders and maintain good customer service
  • Meet weekly-established customer relations and sales targets
  • Quote prices, run credit checks, and prepare sales contracts for customers that exceed expectations
  • Inform customers at the point of sale of all features and apps available to them when creating an account 
  • Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software accurately

For the Event Marketer role, we also look for individuals who: 

  • Has 1-2 year prior experience in Marketing, Sales, Customer Relations, Customer Service, Promotions, Events, or Account Management similar backgrounds is preferred but not required
  • Has an exceptional work ethic and is competitive, outgoing, professional, and driven to succeed
  • Highly organized with strong time-management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Confidence in their personal and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to expand current horizons and expand professional knowledge base
