Salary: $20-25 per hour

Your work would include: 

• Assist Lead Designer with following:

          - Prepare and execute full field documentation of space to be remodeled 

          - Create Conceptual plan drawings and 3D presentations of design using Chief Architect 

          - Prepare information regarding design, materials and color for client presentation 

          - Document product selection and project details using appropriate forms 

• Coordinate and submit product selections for vendor estimates and prepare information for estimating 
• Document client relationship activities in specialized Buildertrend software
• Prepare construction contracts, addendums and sample forms 

The skills and Traits important for this position are: 

• Strong understanding of Kitchen and bathroom design 
• Passionate about designing residential remodeling projects.  

• A degree in Interior Design 
• High attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Love working with people 
• Reliable transportation 

• Willing to work some nights and some Saturdays 
  
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn specialized Buildertrend software
• Familiar with Chief Architect and 20/20
