Paid Internship: Marketing Media

Are you obsessed with social media trends, love creating eye-catching content, and thrive on bringing big projects to life? We're looking for a Marketing Intern who can bring creativity, organization, and energy to SCCU's Marketing Team. In this role, you'll help us connect with our community by creating engaging social media content and coordinating photoshoots and video shoots that tell our story in exciting new ways.

• Your camera roll is full of perfectly staged photos
• You could give a TED Talk on social media hacks and editing tools
• Your planner is color-coded, and you live for checking things off your to-do list
• You are like a kid in a candy store when it comes to brainstorm sessions
• You're a project-planning pro who can herd cats, juggle flaming torches, and still get a project from idea to reality without breaking a sweat (or dropping the ball)

What you will do:

• Develop and schedule engaging social media content across platforms to highlight SCCU's community, services, and events
• Coordinate and manage logistics for photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and create compelling campaigns that align with SCCU's mission
• Assist in building a library of visuals and assets to support SCCU's marketing efforts
• Monitor social media trends and analytics, using insights to refine strategies and improve performance
• Participate in monthly development sessions with other SCCU interns on topics like leadership, career planning, professional communication, and more

Internship Details:

• All ages and majors welcome
• Spring or Summer Internship
• A minimum commitment of 12 weeks, with priority given to students interested in extending their time with SCCU
• Flexible schedule to work around school & extra curriculars
• 10-30 hours per week
• Paid at $15/hour
• Must be located in the Twin Ports
• Hybrid work environment with a mix of remote tasks and in-person experiences, including attending and supporting events in SCCU market areas
