The Marketing Manager will develop and manage the execution of the Bennington's marketing plans to build brand awareness and preference, and drive lead generation activities for the brand. This role will manage the weekly output of a team of direct reports, as well as work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to exceed sales goals and gain market share.

The Manager demonstrates strong leadership, effective management of internal and external teams, as well as key agencies and vendors, dealers, and end users.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop annual marketing plan that positions the business to meet annual budget commitments
  • Deliver forecast growth in leads and web sessions in partnership with digital agency
  • Lead project management of campaigns - Improve workflow management (Monday/Adobe Workfront)
  • Leverage analytics to optimize spend and ROI and minimize cost per session/lead
  • Vendor/agency procurement and management
  • Responsible for Bennington SEO efforts
  • Responsible for managing ad hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Write motivating copy and video scripts, publish accurate communication to internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for managing agency relationships with digital ad agency, Content/Talent providers and PR firms.
  • Produce motivating and engaging content, including video and photography across web, YouTube, and social channels
  • Planning and management of video and photo shoots
  • Oversee development of brochures, digital and print ads, point of purchase materials, etc.
  • Lead Constant Contact communication to dealer channel


SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, MBA, or related field desired, or equivalent qualification or a combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Marketing preferred, management experience would also be ideal
  • Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing across a variety of digital platforms to deliver against KPIs
  • Proven experience designing, managing, and delivering initiatives on time and on budget
  • Content production management and direct management of creative teams
  • Strong background in effective digital, social media and email Marketing strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and execute to deadlines
  • Ability to manage in a dynamic environment
  • Strong copywriter and editor
  • Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
  • Experience managing creative workflows through collaborative project management software
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to set goals, delegate and motivate team to achieve those goals
  • Excellent leadership skill in motivating, training, and developing individuals and teams.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication within team and cross-functionally
  • Highly organized and effective in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Effective negotiation, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive accountability throughout the organization
