Dometic Land Vehicles Americas is a trusted provider of high-end products for recreational vehicles, commercial passenger vehicles and overlanding vehicles in North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. We are on a journey of continuous growth - now looking for our next star - a passionate Project Manager within our Marketing capability. This position reports to Director of Marketing and will work in our Elkhart, Indiana location.
As a Project Manager in the Marketing team, you will be involved in ensuring the successful execution of projects within the Dometic Land Vehicles Americas. The Marketing Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, cross-segment teams, manage project timelines, and contribute to the overall success of strategic initiatives.
General Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for this role will bring demonstrated success in project management. Additionally, they will have the following desired skills and characteristics:
Education: Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field. PMP certification is preferred.
Experience: Direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. Strong preference for prior experience supporting Marketing function.

General Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Development of project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Contribute to the identification and mitigation of potential risks and issues.
- Align prioritization of tasks.
- Assess progress, course correct to ensure project alignment with requirements and overall goals.
- Support the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring they stay on schedule
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to overcome obstacles and challenges.
- Ensure functions are integrated into overall project timelines and requirements i.e. new product launches, tradeshows, customer projects
- Work closely with teams from various departments & segments, including product development, product management, sales, Mobile Cooling and Mobile Power
- Foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure a cohesive approach to project delivery.
- Act as a liaison between different teams to facilitate information flow.
- Requires management throughout the development and implementation of new products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
- Assist in post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
