Qualifications 10+ years of experience in image sensors or automotive semiconductorsProven track record of defining and delivering successful products to marketSolid understanding of product marketing and product definition processesStrong knowledge of automotive ecosystem including sensor suppliers, SoC vendors, Tier-1 manufacturers, & OEMsExceptional communication and presentation skills with a track record of presenting to executive managementExperience working with customers and partners to promote product roadmaps and features to drive design winsAbility to motivate and excite people and influence customers and internal stakeholdersSelf-driving, self-motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic, adaptable, organized with attention to detailBachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or other engineering discipline onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $124,000.00 to $223,000.00 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and drive differentiated product requirements for the target Automotive market segment, customers, applications, and partners solving problems that matterManage products throughout the entire product lifecycle including strategic and tactical activities such as product definition, promotion, collateral generation and customer supportTranslate customer needs into use case and technical requirements for R&DWork with the broader ecosystem partnership and applications teams to define whole hardware/software solutions that are easy to use and leverage scalable ecosystems to support product development and growth with target customersDevelop and communicate a deep understanding of the markets, customers and technical requirements to drive commercial successCollaborate with sales, business development, engineering, project management and corporate marketing teams to guide product execution, priorities and deliveryWork closely with global sales to engage customers and design in activitiesDevelop and deliver marketing content including competitive positioning, product updates, sales trainings, webinars, whitepapers, etc.Drive product launches, marketing activities, sales enablement and product trainingTravel periodically to domestic and international locations to visit our global sites and key customers in North America, Europe and AsiaFull timePosting Date: 2024-11-21
