DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
  • Designs creative solutions for internal requests using strong technical skills.
  • Includes but not limited to large scale/high visibility design projects as assigned by design manager.
  • Designs and discusses hardware SE bundles and packaging working closely with NCL.
  • High level of design skill with out of the box thinking.
  • Helps create brand guidelines and style guides.
  • Understands company priorities and helps drive them with team.
  • Drives constructive conversations and constructive feedback in a positive way.
  • Understands emerging technologies and innovation in the world of design- brings that knowledge back tothe team.
  • Can be the lead designer on software titles- setting creative direction- posts and communicates directionout to other designers.
  • Contributes to team by providing input, feedback and constructive criticism on designs.
  • Identifies and proactively initiates positive process improvement in design dept.
  • Works independently and collaboratively with other designers and clients.
  • Contributes to the overall success of the team.
  • Graphic design for print and digital on a Mac platform with excellent project management skills.
  • Acts as a peer leader by providing guidance to other Designers when needed.
  • Leads discussions and brainstorming sessions.
  • Creates final presentations for large projects.
  • Sets the art direction of launch campaigns by designing the Creative Set in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Works with management regularly.


SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
  • Eight to ten years of related experience in a fast paced graphic design/production environment.
  • Macintosh computer skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
  • Strong attention to deadlines and schedules.
  • Ability to create marketing campaigns with strong brand identity.
  • Ability to draw and illustrate ideas throughout the design process and create finished original artwork.
  • Ability to create print-ready production files for manufacturing.
  • Ability to perform digital color correction, editing, and file transfers of created artwork.
  • Treat everyone with respect and kindness.
  • Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job family and basic knowledge of related jobfamilies.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Graphic Design.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
