About the team
TikTok is looking for an experienced Product Manager to build ads platform related products that make online advertising more easier and efficient to achieve business goals. You will work with cross-functional teams across the globe.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for user experience in whole advertiser lifecycle. Ensuring consistency across proactive, reactive and advertiser interactions on the TikTok Ads Manager, collaborating with XFN teams to discover and address platform features that harm user experience, and guaranteeing that advertisers have an excellent experience on the platform.
- Build advertising solutions that make the creation/manage ads experience more easier. Optimize based on customer feedback, market requirements, and data analysis.
- Work with algorithm team, engineering, data science, product marketing, design, research, and other product teams to ensure a seamless experience on our platform.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 3+ years of product management or related experience
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital advertising, B2B, SMB space a plus
- Proficiency in Mandarin for global cross-functional collaboration
