Summary
The SR Designer at RP3 Agency is part of a design team that creates visual identity for our agency and our clients. We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role creates visuals from concept to execution and ensures that all visual outputs meet the highest standards of excellence. The ideal candidate is a conceptual strategic thinker with a good understanding of design principles and brand development and is capable of translating client goals into impactful visual solutions. The ideal candidate is versatile in both offline and digital environments and is a proponent of AI. The Sr Designer is eager to help create award winning work.

Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and/or participate in the conceptualization and execution of creative design projects, including advertisements, branding, digital assets, print materials, multimedia content, web design, other offline and online assets.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, and others, to ensure the brand's visual identity is consistent and compelling across all channels.
- Create digital and print design for a wide range of materials, including social media graphics, display ads, email templates, brochures, billboards, packaging, and website visuals.
- Design UI and UX for mobile and web design, with a knowledge of development principles.
- Create brand identities and guidelines for brands. Ensure brand consistency for all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and standards, while also pushing the creative boundaries to create innovative designs.
- Work with marketing and advertising teams to develop visual strategies for ideas and campaigns that align with client objectives and target audiences.
- Communicate with clients to understand their design needs and translate their vision into effective advertising materials.
- Perform quality work within deadlines or without direct supervision.
- Interact professionally with other employees, clients, and vendors.
- Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees.
- Balance multiple workloads and deadlines while bringing a passionate, can-do attitude
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques, and apply new ideas and innovations to projects. Be proactive with AI.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior role within an advertising agency or related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), and design experience with UX/UI including Figma, Principle, Framer, prototyping, Lottie animations. Front-end development a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both digital and print design, with a focus on advertising and branding projects. Award winning work a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain ideas to clients and team members.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to solve design challenges creatively and effectively under tight deadlines.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor younger design teams, foster collaboration, and inspire creative excellence.
