The TIL (Tooling, Integrations, & Labs) team at Spotify supports the Advertising Business Development & Partnerships team by developing and innovating strategic partner integrations, partner-enabled advertising products, and creative tools.

We seek a Product Manager for our Creative Tooling suite, responsible for defining, developing, and delivering tools that streamline workflows. You will translate business needs and user insights into product features that enhance the efficiency of our advertising, creative, and sales teams. Collaboration with the Engineering Manager is key to ensuring development aligns with technical capabilities and timelines. You will prioritize features, manage the product life cycle, and coordinate implementation.

Your role includes driving user adoption by creating educational materials with marketing and training teams and monitoring product performance to guide improvements. Staying informed on industry trends, you will help to keep our tools innovative.

What You'll Do
    • Own the product strategy and roadmap for the creative tooling suite, aligning it with business goals and user needs
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, including creative professionals, engineers, designers, and business leaders, to gather requirements and define product features
    • Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility, delivering the highest value to our creative teams
    • Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including writing detailed product specifications, managing backlogs, and coordinating with engineering on implementation
    • Monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback, using data to inform ongoing improvements and ensure the tools meet their intended goals
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products, guiding the future direction of our creative tooling suite
    • Champion innovation, continuously looking for opportunities to introduce new features or improvements that keep our tools at the cutting edge of the industry, such as Generative AI


Who You Are
    • You have a proven ability to translate user needs and business goals into clear and actionable product requirements
    • You have experience working closely with engineering teams, with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
    • You have experience with translating large product requests into smaller digestible requirements that can be placed into tickets/Jira stories.
    • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present ideas to stakeholders at all levels
    • You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • You know Agile methodologies and product management tools
    • You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and can communicate your ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • You are comfortable working across several concurrent projects while having full accountability for one or more of them
    • You have an interest in Advertising

The United States base range for this position is $112,298.00 - $160,425.00 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. This range encompasses multiple levels. Leveling is determined during the interview process. Placement in a level depends on relevant work history and interview performance. These ranges may be modified in the future.
