Today, Koch Air, has eleven branch locations, 35 delivery vehicles, and more than 300,000 square feet of equipment and parts warehousing throughout the Midwest.

Koch Air is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Evansville. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our B2B and B2C marketing and communications efforts, supporting the growth and success of both our customers and the Koch Air brand. Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects independently and see them through to completion.
  6. Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, and a strong aptitude for technology.
  8. Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving team success.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Analytics: Collect and analyze data to generate reports for programs, events, and training.
  2. Program Support: Coordinate, process, and submit data from multiple marketing programs.
  3. Budget Management: Monitor, track, and forecast budgets to ensure annual spend is within guidelines.
  4. Co-op Claims: Review, process, and monitor co-op claims to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and adherence to customers allotted earned amounts.
  5. Event Coordination: Assist the marketing team in coordinating details for meetings, trade shows, and customer events.
  6. Video Marketing: Promote the Koch Air brand and products by creating, editing, and posting engaging video content on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
  7. Inventory Management: Maintain and track inventory of promotional items for multiple programs across all 11 locations.
  8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to implement the overall marketing strategy and branding to drive impactful campaigns.
  9. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends through ongoing educational opportunities.
