Reporting to the Director of Marketing, we are seeking a strategic, data-driven Campaigns and Communications Manager to support global email marketing and communications initiatives and design integrated campaign journeys that drive demand and support revenue growth. This role will oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of large-scale email programs, while maintaining a broader, integrated approach to multichannel campaign strategy. As the central coordinator for marketing-driven communications across the company, this individual will partner closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure cohesive, impactful engagement throughout the customer journey.

The base salary range at Kharon is set between $115,000-$120,000 annum. Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package.

Responsibilities:
- Leverage advanced skills in marketing automation and CRM platforms to manage, track, and optimize campaigns. Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce is highly preferred.
- Use a data-driven approach to shape and refine strategies, applying insights from marketing touchpoints to enhance program impact and engagement.
- Act as a key contributor to the development and refinement of multitouch attribution models; bonus if you have experience building such models from the ground up.
- Map and execute integrated campaign journeys, delivering the right marketing asset at the right time based on audience segment, lifecycle stage, and engagement data.
- Manage high-impact, segmented email campaigns that reach the right audiences with tailored messaging to drive demand and support pipeline and revenue goals.
- Oversee targeted upsell and cross-sell campaigns using data to identify high-value segments and enhance customer lifetime value.
- Execute global email and integrated marketing campaigns across North America, UK/EU, and APAC, tailoring approaches to regional preferences and compliance standards.
- Automated Nurture Programs: Build and refine automated nurture programs to keep audiences engaged and moving forward in the sales funnel.
- Partner closely with sales, ensuring campaign strategies and messaging are aligned and supportive of revenue-driving goals.
- Act as a "traffic controller" for email and campaign programs across marketing, customer success, and sales, ensuring cohesive, aligned outreach.
- Develop detailed segmentation strategies based on criteria like use case, lifecycle stage, region, and demographic factors for highly targeted campaigns.
- State-of-the-Art Campaign Techniques: Stay current on digital marketing best practices, utilizing UTMs, tracking parameters, and other advanced campaign techniques to ensure accurate measurement and reporting.
- Assist in creating supplemental campaign materials, including collateral, social media content, and press releases, to enhance campaign reach and consistency.
- Use analytics and BI tools like Google Analytics, Looker, and Databricks to extract insights, measure performance, and support data-informed decisions across campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in campaign management, email marketing, or related fields, with a track record of driving measurable results.
- Deep expertise in marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot and Salesforce strongly preferred), with the ability to design, implement, and optimize complex campaigns.
- Highly data-driven, with experience using analytics tools to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
- Familiarity with or experience contributing to multi touch attribution models to support tracking and performance assessment across customer journeys.
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing journeys and large-scale email programs, focusing on targeted engagement and personalized messaging.
- Knowledge of UTM tracking and other digital marketing techniques to enhance campaign tracking and effectiveness.
- Experience with global campaigns, including best practices and compliance standards in UK/EU and APAC regions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align closely with sales and other teams to achieve shared goals.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities to coordinate complex, cross-functional campaign programs effectively.
