Southside Animal Hospital & Wellness Center in Anchorage, AK, is seeking a Medical Director. $100,000 LIMITED TIME Sign-On Bonus. Potential Joint-Venture Ownership Opportunity.
Southside Animal Hospital, located in Southern Anchorage, is looking for an Experienced Veterinarian to step into the role of team leader. Our hospital is a state-of-the-art small animal veterinary facility and canine rehabilitation center. We have been a well-respected presence serving the communities of Anchorage, Girdwood, Eagle River, Chugiak, Wasilla and Palmer since 1996. This team strives to maintain a high level of medical excellence and we are excited to be growing!
Our team is looking for a strong and engaging veterinarian who wants to be part of our work family. We love to host externs and new grads, so mentorship is huge for us. About Our Clinic
SALARY PLUS Compensation Model:
Guaranteed Annual SALARY paid month to month (range $120,000 - $140,000 depending on experience)
PLUS Monthly Production Bonus (we are paying your guaranteed salary UP FRONT and then you have the ability to produce up to and beyond this salary minimum. The additional revenue produced will qualify you for a production bonus based on a percentage rate of 22%-23%.)
Signing Bonus Package:
We love to add specific incentives aimed at YOU. What would make you smile? A gym membership? A vacation? Doggie Spa/Day Care services? A new iPhone/Apple Watch? Once we get to know you, we can tailor your contract to fit you.
Paid Time Off
• Minimum 4 weeks (16 days)

- We have the support staff in place to support growth in our team and encourage collaboration.
- Our hospital offers comprehensive services including dentistry, general medicine, preventative care, soft tissue surgery, acupuncture, chiropractic, and Chinese/herbal medicine.
