What we're looking for
An experienced media advisor and team manager, the Senior Account Supervisor oversees the development and execution of complex, strategic public relations initiatives across a portfolio of accounts. They set goals and objectives for their teams and leverage their advanced client advisory skills to grow and maintain client relationships.
In addition to line managing junior professionals, the Senior Account Supervisor is expected to lead by example, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic, creative abilities, and industry expertise.
What you'd do
- Drive all aspects of proactive and reactive media relations activities for a portfolio of professional services clients.
- Spearhead the creation of strategic media plans to meet client objectives.
- Demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of your clients' business and the competitive landscape. Provide strategic recommendations and creative ideas and proactively identify and address clients' needs.
- Demonstrate strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills; ability to take responsibility for a diverse number of projects and to complete them in a timely manner with general direction from account lead.
- Serve as a line manager for junior professionals; provide onboarding support, training and ongoing feedback and participate in reviews.
- Act as a mentor for junior colleagues by modeling desired behavior; demonstrate a strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, commitment to collegiality and growth mindset.
- Participate in the new business process by articulating strategies and tactics and attending pitch meetings.
- Manage day-to-day performance of account teams. Ensure quality work, deadline adherence, effective processes, and that team consistently meets or exceeds agreed upon expectations, deliverables, and metrics.
- Facilitate client calls and meetings and serve as highly responsive day-to-day client contact.
- Articulate, implement, and manage day-to-day execution of account strategy with confidence and clarity.
- Lead by example; demonstrate behaviors consistent with Infinite Global's values (integrity, agility, compassion and courage).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of six years' PR / communications experience. Exposure to professional services / B2B clients and previous agency experience is required.
- Highly curious, creative, and results-driven, with superior critical thinking, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent understanding of how to motivate and problem solve, and an innate desire to provide excellent service to clients.
- Broad and thorough understanding of all facets of media relations and communications considerations for professional services organizations, with the ability to understand complex situations and anticipate client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams and projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables, effective team communication and strong client service.
- Proven experience counseling senior business leaders on communications matters.
- Demonstrated strength as a writer; knowledge of AP style and ability to proof, edit and coach others' writing abilities.

The current annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $129,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Infinite Global's total compensation package for employees.
