Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement / Pardot Solution Architect (Senior Consultant or Principal)
We're looking for individuals who are experienced with Pardot and passionate about the marketing technology ecosystem, with a desire for continuous professional growth. We're looking for leaders with hands-on Pardot experience, including the ability to deliver complex Pardot projects from requirements gathering, strategy, design, and configuration through to integration, testing and deployment; all while working alongside both our clients and other delivery disciplines.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for the Senior Consultant role is $110,000-203,000. For this position, the base salary pay range for the Principal role is $122,000-$225,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement / Pardot Solution Architect (Senior Consultant or Principal)

We're looking for leaders with hands-on Pardot experience, including the ability to deliver complex Pardot projects from requirements gathering, strategy, design, and configuration through to integration, testing and deployment; all while working alongside both our clients and other delivery disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading workshops, gathering business requirements from clients, and developing functional designs and process designs (including lead management/handoff, flow mapping, engagement studio programs)
- Responsible for prototyping, configuration, testing, training, and defining support procedures for the proposed solution
- Design and implement creative business solutions for our clients
- Build lasting relationships with key client stakeholders (including senior stakeholders) and sponsors
- Collaborate with digital specialists across disciplines to innovate and build premier solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope Pardot client work
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Pardot Certified (Specialist and/or Consultant)
- Hands-on consulting and/or marketing technology implementation experience, including designing, implementing, testing, and documenting technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and/or team leadership roles
- Experience leading workshops to capture business outcomes and requirements, defining strategy and technical architecture, developing user stories, and implementing practical business solutions
- Experience leading client training sessions and collaborative workshops
- Experience delivering projects using Agile-based methodologies
- Deep understand and experience implementing/optimizing:
- Lead management processes, including sales funnel, lead scoring, lead grading, sales and marketing handoff, and related topics
- Campaign management processes, including campaign hierarchy, campaign influence, marketing attribution, and related topics
- Other Pardot features and functionality, including Pardot Lightning, Sandbox for Pardot, double opt-in process, ABM, and B2B Marketing Analytics dashboards
- Deep understanding of B2B digital marketing trends and other marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, and HubSpot
- Solid grasp of the marketing technology landscape and an understanding of how data is utilized across platforms such as Data Cloud and CDP to integrate disparate data for detailed segmentation and tailored marketing efforts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Open to occasional travel
- Expertise around one of more of the following is a plus: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Marketing Cloud Personalization, or Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience with scoping client work is a plus
- Expertise with the Pardot API is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
- People leadership skills are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but not required
