Responsibilities

The mission of creator and affiliate product team is to design and build products that help creators to promote merchandise to TikTok users. This includes creator platform and tools, marketplaces, with product strategy that ultimately drives sales for merchants.
Responsibilities:
• Through creator interview and market studies, understand how creators are managing their business and areas for potential improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business strategy and product roadmap, grow the eCommerce creator community and their ability to drive for GMV.
• Complete ownership of product feature development, from initial requirement management to post-live analysis, drive the best product efficiency and experience.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience
• In-depth understanding of both eCommerce business and creator ecosystem, knowledge of affiliate product is a plus
• Solid product management skillset, strong in cross-team communication and collaboration, and ability to quickly capture business pain points and opportunity
• Bachelor degree is required
