You and Your Job:
As a Marketing & Communications intern, you will be successful in writing, coordinating and managing a range of communications activities and projects. You will work full time (40 hours/week) for 10 weeks from June 2 - August 8, 2025.
This role on the marketing & communications team will be important in supporting the bank's strategy by engaging and educating our clients, prospects and employees. This role will support the team's wide range of marketing & communications tactics both inside and outside the bank by researching, writing, editing and publishing content using various technology platforms, as well as assisting with internal event needs.
You will be one of two marketing & communications interns on the North America team, which spans across the U.S. One intern will be based in New York City and one in St. Louis.

Internship Overview:

The internship will be a full time, 10 week, paid program.

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $25.00 per hour
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.

Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate about Rabobank's niche focus on food, agriculture and energy-including critical global themes such as sustainability and renewable energy-to a variety of audiences.
- Write and edit for social media, longer form articles for our intranet and internal email announcements.
- Work with a team that coordinates internal events to provide hands-on support for town halls, employee gatherings and other major meetings/presentations.
- Work with the brand manager to learn design principles associated with marketing materials and assist with producing content as needed.
- Support and maintain both internal and external communications platforms.
To be considered for the Marketing & Communications Intern role, you must:
- Currently be enrolled as full time student in a college or university
- Have strong writing skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Be able to develop relationships and feel comfortable interacting with colleagues of all levels
