Team SummaryThe Product Marketing team at CircleCI is responsible for generating customer insights that inform the product strategy, crafting the go-to-market strategy to grow our audience, and driving adoption of our product and features. Product Marketing is a cross-functional role that collaborates closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales. We’re looking for a candidate who thrives on the breadth, variety, and cross-functional nature of Product Marketing. What You’ll DoOwn the go-to-market strategy and grow our developer audience while driving adoption of our product and features.Work closely with our Product Managers to bring products to market thoughtfully.Understand our customers, target segments, buyer personas, and the community. You will serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs.Craft compelling narratives and value propositions for our offerings.Create marketing collateral and, programs, and campaigns to drive product adoption and product engagement.Present, share, and train individuals across the org on processes, programs, and enablement materials.Define measurable success. Own reporting and analysis for those success metrics. Drive for results and use data to measure progress and recommend improvements.Conduct competitive research and analysis. Synthesizing insights to strengthen product differentiation and positioning. What We’re Looking For5+ years of work experience in product marketing or similar roles for a tech company.Prior experience working on go-to-market initiatives, we’d like to hear your playbook for Product Marketing success, key wins, and how you can apply your learnings at CircleCI.You’ve launched and driven adoption for new products and services, owning and achieving key KPIs.You have experience influencing product development and product strategy.Excellent storyteller and communicator. You have empathy for users and are able to adapt your communication to engage with the right stakeholders.
