Envera is a legal entity of Lesaffre located in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Envera manufactures bacteria solutions for Lesaffre BUs and different market segments such as wastewater treatment, bioremediation, cleaning solutions and many other areas where bacteria can play a key role.

What you bring to the tableAn energetic passion for BioSolutions and enjoys to work on a wide range of initiatives. Your customer segmentation experience, your sales execution skills and capabilities in building business and partnership with customers. Your ability of leveraging market and consumer insights and building a strong pipeline of solutions with compelling value proposition to drive our growth objectives.

What you'll do as the Director of Sales and Marketing
  • Part of Envera's Leadership team by contributing to planning and implementation of strategies.
  • Responsible for Sales Budget, Forecast and sets performance goals accordingly to ensure execution.
  • Analyzes and controls expenditures of the department to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Responsible for new business development and pipeline building.
  • Proactively seek new customers and sales opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Maintain and develop Key Account relationship from ideation to value-selling approach.
  • Assist account managers with maintaining relationships, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Provide timely monthly sales and reports, rolling forecast, and competition information.
  • Drive commercial price negotiations, supply agreements and collaborations.
  • Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of organization.
  • Reviews market analyses to determine product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
  • Contribute to product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line.
  • Monitors competitive products and marketing activities.
To succeed you must hold
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in science, engineering, marketing or business, MBA is preferred.
  • 15+ years of sales and marketing experience in Microbial Solutions, preferably in household, institutional and industrial applications or in wastewater treatment.
  • A strong commercial history in driving sales growth and business development.
  • Strategic thinking and execution.
  • Result driven and self-motivation, fast learner.
  • Be able to travel to connect with our National or International customers.
