Hero Digital is seeking an enthusiastic Media Manager who is obsessed with generating real business results for a diverse client base. This role will be specifically focused on managing Programmatic media as well as Partner Direct opportunities. As a Media Manager for Hero, you'll work closely with our Marketing Engagement, Data & Insights, and Marketing Strategy teams to build best-in-class digital media campaigns that directly impact our clients' success.

What you'll do
- Manage programmatic display and CTV campaigns across 2-4 clients
- Work with industry partners to identify custom programs and packages that will deliver on client objectives
- Negotiate proposals on behalf of clients and manage media vendor relationships
- Campaign set-up and management: account set-up, creative trafficking, A/B testing, pacing, bid and budget management
- Ability to use reporting, analytics, and trend tools such as Tableau on a daily basis
- Help your clients meet their strategic goals by surfacing trends, producing reports, and recommending areas for improvement
- Write weekly performance insights for internal leadership and client review
- Design and deliver presentations, custom dashboards, and executive reports for tracking key business metrics
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in digital media management
- Experience in programmatic platforms such as DV360 or The Trade Desk or Youtube campaign management is a Plus.
- Experience in Ad Servers such as Google Campaign Manager or Paid search management in google ads is a plus.
- Experience with planning and buying Partner Direct media including issuing RFPs, negotiating proposals and managing Insertion Orders
- B2B experience is a plus
- Experience with lead generation programs such as Content Syndication, Webinars and Digital Events is also a plus
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts and willingness to work independently but also in a team when needed
- Analytical thinker that is comfortable presenting reporting and recommendations to internal leadership and clients
- Detail oriented and proactive in managing projects and task lists
