Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and managing marketing initiatives and collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of marketing functions. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Clarity Debt Resolution Inc's marketing efforts.
Essential Functions
- Manage and evaluate marketing campaigns to ensure they meet objectives and deliver results
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness and recognition
- Identifying opportunities for creating awareness, building credibility, and generating qualified leads
- Executing and optimizing marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive growth and engagement
- Coordinating with marketing and advertising agencies to ensure successful campaign launches
- Leading market research efforts focused on the US market to provide essential data, analytics, and insights needed for strategic decision making
- Overseeing social media content, communication plans, and public relations initiatives to foster community engagement
- Identifying and cultivating strategic marketing and communication partnerships

Position Type
The position is full time. Office hours are generally Monday through Friday, with varying shifts beginning as early as 7 am and concluding as late as 6 pm PST. Though not routine, weekend or overtime hours may be required as needed.
Travel
This position does not require travel at this time.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 7 - 10 years’ experience in a marketing role
- 2+ years in the Debt Settlement Industry
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present marketing analytics and report to upper management and stakeholders

Compensation Information
The salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $110,000 annually. Salary offers are determined by role, experience, education, skills, and other relevant factors. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within this range, compensation may vary based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
