Job Description

Express Employment Professionals are looking for a Web Marketing Specialist to work closely with business owners to provide customized marketing services that help them achieve higher online rankings and grow their businesses. Position in Logan, UT.

**Position will be available in December, 2024.**

Responsibilities of the Web Marketing Specialist:

Work directly with business to understand their unique needs and provide personalized digital marketing strategies that align with their business goals.
Implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings, traffic, and overall online presence for business owners. This includes optimization of Google, Yelp, Yahoo, and Bing listings.
Complete daily activity logs and monthly reports, including Google Analytics reports, content production updates, and SEO/directory and social media checklists.
If needed, create and distribute unique and compelling social media posts for clients to enhance their online presence.
Continuous development of SEO knowledge and skills every month through training and self-study, staying current with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Foster strong, professional relationships with business owners and corporate clients through clear communication and effective account management.
Work independently and as part of a team, ensuring timely delivery of services and positive outcomes for each client.

Requirements of the Web Marketing Specialist:

Excellent written, verbal communication, client support and computer skills
Must be able to type 30+wpm
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must be familiar with Excel, Word, Outlook and have email etiquette
Must have strong customer service, online marketing, and communication skills and have a passion for helping other people be successful
Understanding and training of (and ideally exposure to/experience with) internet marketing
Experience in customer service and resolving complicated issues.
Maintain a high degree of knowledge of all relevant products and special services
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and dependable with reliable transportation
Pass a drug test and background check

Schedule and Salary:

Hybrid role (Working from home and it is required to come in to the office at least 2-3 times per week)
Weekdays only
$18/hour to start
