Finance Manager
Specialized global manufacturer has a newly created permanent opportunity due to growth and strategic growth initiatives for a Finance Manager. The company has been in existence for decades, does business globally and is expanding domestically and internationally. Company is positioned for extensive growth with strong financial backing. The Finance Manager is a high profile, highly visible role that reports to the CFO and supports the executives with financial and strategic decisions. The Finance Manager will help lead acquisition and business expansion opportunities, evaluate new markets, budgeting/forecasting, provide analysis and recommendations to CFO, CEO, Senior Executives and BOD.
Salary: $155,000 - $175,000 + Bonus + Profit Sharing
Location: Itasca, IL 60143

Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
Responsible for business reports, dashboards and presenting recommendations to CFO, CEO, Senior Leadership and BOD Lead budgeting and forecasting activities Analyze a variety of data, KPIs, forecast updates and business models, including market, segment, customer, operational and financial numbers Ownership of three-statement projection model for analysis of results for various strategic options Cost, margin, profitability and trend analysis Analysis related to PVM - pricing, volume and product mix, identifying drivers Trend analysis for sales/ margin results and identify potential risk related to customers, product line, and/or location geography Revenue analysis on products/locations entry to market strategy and market trends Lead financial modeling for sales budgets and forecasts to achieve strategic growth goals Ad-hoc analyses for business support on industry trends, industry comparisons, and strategic growth initiatives Analyze/research, present to Leadership and make recommendations on areas of opportunity, risk, expansion and potential acquisitions Assist with integration of acquisitions
Ideal Qualifications for the Finance Manager position:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting Manufacturing, industrial, product related industry experience Budgeting & Forecasting experience Advanced financial analysis, financial modeling, KPI analysis skills M&A, transactions, private equity and/or IB experience Strong strategic, growth, business ownership mindset International exposure a plus PowerBi or similar
