We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Digital Content Strategy and Distribution to support the development and execution of our global digital marketing strategy surrounding tentpole moments for the CeraVe's face and body moisturizer portfolio. This role is crucial for driving continued growth across social share of voice, brand love and global sales. You will be a key player in shaping our brand's online presence and ensuring our content reaches the right audience at the right time, maximizing impact and driving measurable results. This position requires a deep understanding of the digital landscape, strong leadership skills, and a passion for digital trends & storytelling.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement compelling digital content strategies: Transform consumer, digital, and dermatological insights into compelling CeraVe content across all platforms, ensuring 360 campaign integration and global relevance among mature and growing markets. It will be your job to design and execute campaigns, in partnership with your manager, that address all stages of the digital marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion. This role requires strong collaboration skills to partner with internal digital team members, global marketing, local marketing and global medical teams, among other key internal stakeholders, to ensure synergy and efficiency across all consumer touchpoints.Digital expert storyteller: Must Have strong pulse on digital trends and social conversation with an aptitude to translate into the CeraVe brand voice & universe. Hunger to drive CeraVe's platform innovation with a curiosity to explore and integrate new and innovative digital platforms into broader digital strategies to engage with target audiences. Serve as a digital marketing expert, providing guidance and counsel to cross-functional teams (marketing, medical, and country teams) on developing tentpoles, always-on and congress initiatives that effectively support CeraVe's core business and product launches.Agency Management: Oversee and manage relationships with external digital agencies, including selection of new agencies as needed. Drive day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with overall brand objectives and campaign timelines. Must be experienced in developing effective creative briefs and providing creative feedback. Data Analysis and implementation Reporting: Gather and analyze digital campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics both internal and on competitors. Utilize data insights to optimize campaigns and ensure maximum ROI.Asset Management: ensure that all assets are on OPERA - L'Oréal digital asset manager platform, in a well-organized manor prior to campaign release. Global Collaboration: Work closely with international teams, across both mature and growing markets, to implement global campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging.Who You Are:A proven leader with a strong track record of success in developing digital marketing strategies.A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the ever-evolving digital landscape.An excellent communicator and collaborator, with excellent oral and written skills who can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.An established multi-tasker who is able to prioritize and manage time effectively and able to balance competing demands in a fast paced environment.
