We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. XR (Extended Reality) Co-Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic XR team. As an XR Co-Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing co-marketing initiatives for our XR products and solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the XR industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the XR industry. Analyze market data to identify key target audiences and potential partners for co-marketing initiatives.
Partnership Identification and Management:
Identify and evaluate potential co-marketing partners within the XR ecosystem, including hardware manufacturers, software developers, and content creators. Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns and initiatives that leverage the strengths of both parties.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
Develop strategic co-marketing plans aligned with overall marketing objectives and product goals. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns, including the creation of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and digital assets.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of co-marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of initiatives. Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact on brand awareness, lead generation, and other relevant metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with product marketing, business development, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment of co-marketing activities with broader business goals. Communicate effectively with external partners and internal teams to coordinate and execute joint initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on co-marketing initiatives
Strong understanding of the XR industry, including virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and mixed reality (MR)
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $84,000 to $112,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave after three months of employment, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave after six months of employment.
