This is a hybrid role based in NYC - In office 4 days per week, 1 day remote (firm).

Role Overview:
Our leading financial client's Design Studio within its marketing and public affairs group is looking to add an experienced Multidisciplinary Senior Designer/AD to its roster. This role will be essential in the successful drive of creative projects, from creative strategy and conception to delivery and completion. This role will require collaboration with the clients and the creative team to execute top-quality design in line with industry and agency standards. Will be responsible for managing the quality of design throughout all project phases and participate in cross-team collaboration and communications. Will need to confidently and professionally present work to stakeholders and clients. Project work will range across a wide breadth of channels such as digital (UI/ UX), motion, print, experiential, etc.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
8-10 years experience, 2 of which in a Senior Design role at a design firm, agency, or in-house team
A strong portfolio demonstrating superlative design work across media
Work across a variety of projects with multiple client stakeholders
Ability to own creative projects from brief through delivery
Is a highly collaborative, team player
Propose and deliver innovative executions across both digital and print mediums
Posses a blend of UX and UI skills
Ability to design for motion
Experience with complex and evolving design systems and brands
Experience and ability to succeed in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility and ability to pivot quickly from project to project
Skills: Graphic Design (Print and Digital Art Direction)
