Role:
We are looking for a talented, versatile, and energetic marketer to lead content strategy for JLL's property management technology group, with a focus on Building Engines, a JLL company. Thought leadership, blogging, case studies, videos - this person will play a key role in delivering the content that powers our demand gen and digital initiatives.
This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, PM Technologies.
Key responsibilities:
Develop content strategies to further JLL and Building Engines' position as thought leaders in the commercial real estate technology space
Act as our team's in-house content engine, writing and creating content across a variety of key formats: articles, eBooks, case studies, videos, webinars, etc.
Collaborate with demand generation team to develop and execute content in support of key campaigns and channels (digital, email, etc.)
Manage a small group of freelance writers and contractors to scale our content production
Work with product marketing to support deliverables for new product releases, sales enablement and more
Grow and develop the company's blog, including SEO strategies to increase inbound traffic
Establish a roster of internal, go-to subject matter experts to help fuel our content strategy
Act as a copyeditor and reviewer to ensure high quality of external-facing communications
Communicate with sales and other departments to identity new content requirements and market trends
Stay apprised of the latest content marketing tactics and approaches to ensure our marketing remains fresh and ahead of the competition
Report on key content metrics to track performance and identify opportunities to improve
Requirements and skills: 3-5 years of experience supporting content and inbound strategies for B2B SaaS companies
Skilled writer and editor with an eye for detail (this is a must!)
Creative thinker and proactive worker who is always looking for new ideas
Strong communicator who is driven to "cut through the noise" with thoughtful, memorable and differentiating messages
Motivated by a fast-paced, multitasking environment (this is B2B marketing, after all)
Collaborative team player
