The Opportunity: We are looking for a Digital Strategist with an expert-level background in Content Strategy to join our Digital Performance Strategy team. This individual will have a high degree of initiative, a strategic approach, and a deep understanding of how content is the key to personalizing user experiences. This individual consultant will be working with a wide variety of B2B & B2C customers across industry verticals. They will have a very broad range of consultative skills: to persuade and educate at executive levels, to collaborate and address problems at the mid-level, while still being able to get involved at the finest level of detail when it comes to migration planning, tagging strategies, and defining production processes. What you'll Do: Have a strong executive presence and communication skills, with ability to engage and encourage senior executives. Be an inspiring leader and educator on cross-functional teams, delivering clear, effective guidance, with a focus on customer value delivery. Possess an informed vision for effective content organizations - people, process, and governance - to help Adobe's customers align their teams toward business objectives, and recommend roadmaps and component programs to accomplish that vision. Synthesize client findings into presentations of strategic narratives and conclusions appropriate for all levels of client leadership. With the UX team, drive discovery, research, and analysis for the role content plays in the overall user experience, identifying and supplying prescriptive design recommendations to improve and deliver value to the customer. Develop strategies and experiences in the following functional areas: content marketing, channel strategy, content assessment, content development and syndication, content operations and velocity, componentizing content and optimizing sites, content creation and asset storage processes. Shape the evolution of our content strategy practice by defining and refining internal process, crafting reusable templates, and mentoring team members. Ability to navigate quickly through technical or other challenges during development, in deep partnership with our cross-functional AEM technical team. What you need to succeed: Relevant BA/BS degree in a related field or 6+ years of growing experience in content strategy and content production. Work experience in a digital agency, strategy consulting organization, content or ecommerce-focused organization, marketing department, or leading technology company. Strong proficiency in AEM and content management tools and workflows. In-depth experience within Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable User Experience Tools; Adobe Marketing Cloud experience is a plus. Experience working in Agile environments. Willingness to travel based on client needs, pandemic considerations are in place at Adobe. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $93,600 -- $181,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
