Corporate Controller Summary: Responsible for managing accounting in real estate projects. Perform/oversee aspects of the month‐end financial reporting process, including preparing and/or reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements to ensure that financial statements are complete, timely, and accurate. Perform/oversee aspects of the month‐end financial reporting process, including preparing and/or reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements to ensure that financial statements are complete, timely, and accurate Perform/oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes and prepare budget‐to‐actual variance reports and periodic forecasts Perform/oversee the liquidity modeling/strategy for real estate assets Coordinate/assist with audit and prepare audit work papers for internal and external audits as needed Prepare and/or review cash flow projections for valuation model and variance analysis Accounts payable functions for development projects including but not limited to: coding of job cost invoices, review of invoices to ensure billed amounts are being billed per the contract #INOCT2024 #ZRCFS #LI-PG
