Role Overview The Controller will manage all accounting functions, financial reporting, and inventory analysis while helping prepare for a potential ERP implementation. This role is integral to the company's mission, supporting both day-to-day financial operations and long-term strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Month-End Close & Financial Statements : Own the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial statement preparation. AP & AR Management : Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, focusing on efficiency and accuracy. Inventory & Cost Analysis : Leverage Passport for inventory management, providing cost analysis insights to guide business decisions. Journal Entries & Reconciliations : Ensure financial accuracy through meticulous journal entries and account reconciliations. Financial Reporting Package : Prepare comprehensive financial reporting for leadership review. External Audit Coordination : Serve as the key contact for external auditors, supporting audit activities with complete and accurate documentation. Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelors in Accounting or Finance 2+ years in cost accounting and managing month end closing Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 #INNOV2024
