If you're experienced with accounting systems, have a strong background in SharePoint or desktop-to-cloud software implementation, and are proficient in using Power BI for reporting, this role could be a great fit for you! Overview of the Financial Analyst role: Perform detailed financial analysis, identify trends, and create comprehensive financial reports using tools like Power BI. Analyze accounting data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes. Lead or assist in implementing SharePoint or desktop-to-cloud solutions, improving accounting systems and workflows. Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure successful software integration and transition. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, financial audits, and budgeting processes. Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Analyst: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong focus on data analysis and financial reporting. Proven experience in software implementation, especially SharePoint or transitioning accounting systems to cloud-based platforms. Proficiency in Power BI or similar reporting and data visualization tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
