About the Company and Overview of the Accounting Supervisor role: CFS is partnering with a repeat manufacturing client to find an Accounting Supervisor! The Accounting Supervisor position begins on a contractual basis and can become permanent for the right candidate. Company described as having a great company culture, family feel, and boasts excellent tenure among employees! Schedule: 8am-5pm (with some flexibility) M-F. Work an 8 hour schedule, 40 hours per week! Position is 100% in office in Glen Rock, PA Salary: $110,000-125,000 depending heavily on experience Ideal start date: December 2, 2024 Job Duties for the Accounting Supervisor: Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, and fixed assets. Manage month-end closings, financial statements, and budget variance analysis. Ensure accurate Oracle ERP reporting and develop financial reports. Jointly maintain parts in Oracle cost accounting system and maintain various cost items. Maintain accounts payable database to facilitate the annual 1099 process and issue 1099/945 filings. Collaborate with finance leadership on long-term financial strategies. Assist in preparation of year end audit package. Perform period closing cycle activities including analysis of budget variances and preparation of monthly financial statements and statistics. Jointly maintain stock transactions for semi-annual dividend payments and the processing of stock sales & reconciles stock ledger. Perform other financial related duties or projects as assigned. Qualifications for the Accounting Supervisor: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 5+ years' accounting experience Experience working in the manufacturing industry required Knowledge GL, 1099s, sales tax, AP, AR, fixed assets Experience using Oracle or similar ERP system experience a plus Proficiency with Excel (ability to do pivot tables and VLOOKUP) required Supervisory experience a plus (team of 2) #INNOV2024 #ZRCFS
