Manage and oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, from project planning to closeout, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Develop project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work, ensuring that all project deliverables are met Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for new projects based on project specifications, construction plans, and other relevant information Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure that all work is completed safely and to the highest standards of quality Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans to ensure project success Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle Manage project budgets, costs, and billing, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and accounted for accurately MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
