Job Description Summary: As an Integrated Marketing Intern, you will be an essential part of the marketing organization at PayPal, gaining hands-on experience in the planning and execution of innovative full funnel marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, generate consumer demand and drive engagement in the US. Our team's success is defined by our ability to rally cross-functional stakeholders within and outside of the marketing organization to ensure best-in-class and consistent delivery of integrated marketing strategies and marketing campaigns go to market. We are looking for an ambitious, creative marketing intern who can support multiple marketing initiatives with a natural ability to see the "big picture" and problem-solve as they help shape short and long-term plans. Reporting to the US Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, you'll work cross-functionally with creative, media, product, social, comms, lifecycle, analytics, market research and legal teams to help define and guide how do we show up in front of consumers in the US. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns in the US across multiple channels (digital, social media, influencers, OOH, audio, TV) Contribute to the development of creative briefs and consumer facing creative and messaging frameworks for PayPal full funnel campaigns in the US. Help with the development of media briefs for ATL and BTL marketing campaigns Support with day-to-day marketing campaigns project management and operations: workback plans, budget trackers, status updates, stakeholder management. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across creative, media, product, social, comms, lifecycle, analytics, market research and legal on execution of integrated marketing plans. Analyze campaign performance metrics and assist in reporting findings and provide optimization opportunities to the team. Who you are: Working towards a masters or MBA degree - preferably with a concentration in Marketing and/or Communications. Strong interest in integrated marketing and digital media. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in fast-paced environments. You are curious and love staying up to date with trends, culture and marketing best practices. Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work independently. You have abias for action and are known for your accountability.
